----- Well.. I come to you with a rather odd character request. The name is open and the playby is semi-open (explanation later).
Our dear boy king is feeling alone and overwhelmed with everything going on. He knows there are a lot of people who would like him to have a meeting with le madame guillotine and that his supporters, even though they might be fairly numerous, aren't that powerful yet. He's been separate from his family for four years now without any contact with them, and he's always having to watch what he says to whom.. On the old site I had him get fairly close to a priest character that I loved but the guy is supposed to die lol which.. not so good for Henri..he needs someone who's going to stick around.. and so you guessed it.. I'm looking for a Catholic priest for Henri. This would be someone who could be a mentor and teacher to him. It should be someone understanding of the aristocratic cause but not in a bad way. I imagine this person as 50+ -- someone who's had time to get knowledge and wisdom about life.. and someone who would go to his grave before he'd reveal what people told him in confessional.. so that Henri can talk to him about everything. He should be well learned, open minded, and someone who lives the life of a servant of the Lord and to people. Someone who isn't afraid to go into the worst areas of Paris and help people and someone who isn't afraid to get involved in the politics if need be to help people.
As far as the playby like I said fairly open but I'd like to find someone who isn't super young and maybe even better if we can find pictures of them dressed as a priest. So maybe someone in a movie that contains a prominent priest character? We can figure that part out later. I know this is a really odd sounding character.. but I think he could be a great deal of interest to have around if he's willing to get into politics in order to help people and the like.. I think his relationship with Henri would be fascinating as I think he would kind of look to him like a father figure because he's isolated from that and really needs it. I'm open to ideas and interpretation of the plot but trust me you wouldn't lack for threads.
